Tone's work ethic catapulted him to an advanced level at a young age.  In his hometown of Philly he was consistent in growing his ability and his reputation as a highly-skilled barber.  He entered competitions and cut hair along side barbers with twice as much experience than him.  When relocating to Charlotte he applied the same tried and true methods of success and has established a solid following of clients at his barbershop,  Ultimate Barber Lounge.
