Tone sharing his message of excellence in Barbering

A Philadelphia native, who now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina   
 
Mr. McGill, with 15 years of experience has been recognized in the hair industry as one of the elite and highly sought after Master barbers and entrepreneurs’ in the country.  Led by Faith and Integrity, Tone has become a trusted barber to many professionals, including athletes and entertainers.  Tone has created a brand that defines excellence, precision, dedication, and motivation. 
 
Tone is a Senior Andis educator with a passion for motivating people to reach their full potential.  His expertise is frequently sought out by both National and International cosmetology and barber academy’s making him one of the industry’s most requested educators.  Tone has participated as a Master of Ceremonies and Judge for many competitions including Xotics Barber Battle Tour, Major League Barbers, TeamBarber Indiana
 
Tone recently received The Xotics Barbers Round Table “Educator of the Year” (2014) and the Andis “Educator of the Year” (2011). He’s been published in many international hair magazines such as Modern Salon, Solid Gold, and Sophisticated Black Hair. He is also the owner of The Ultimate Barber Lounge where the motto states “It’s more than a haircut, it’s an experience”.
 
Tone truly believes that “to whom much is given much is required”.  It is his hope that as he continues this journey in the hair care industry, the legacy he leaves behind is one of dedication to God, passion for his craft, and community service.
